Help Ics update for incredible s

Hi everyone,
using incredible s over a year..received ics update yesterday and started the download...but discarded it accidentally..can't i get the notification again....
please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the settings menu go to About Phone > System software updates and you should see an option to check for updates manually.
