ICS update issues please help

Ever since verizon came out with this stupid update my phone is !@#$en slow.
Does anybody else have this issue? Can it be fixed?

Try a factory reset. It seems that some people have had to do this while others have not.

Yup, took Mayhem's advice and did a factory reset. Phone is like new now. Took a few hours to reinstall all the apps.
