Help ICS Update - Wifi switches itself on at night?

I got my ICS update on Monday. As great as it is, my wifi keeps turning itself on a night? Last night, I went to bed turned it off. Woke up a few hours later and decided to check the time and it was on, so I turned it off again. Then woke up when my alarm went to find it switched on again. Has anyone any ideas what the hell is going on? How can it turn the wifi on? Lost!!!!!
 
I have this problem with my LG Optimus (Sprint). Every time my screen goes black it switches my wifi sleep to never (ie. never turn off) and disables my 3G. Whenever I want to use navigate or go online I have to manually turn wifi off and enable my 3G. It is really obnoxious and it kills my battery because it is constantly scanning for a wifi connection. I hope they fix this really soon!
