Help ICS updated and Exchange won't sync at all

Galaxy S2 Sprint just updated to ICS today. And since update, MS Exchange server will not sync. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm totally hosed if this won't work and syncing through Google Apps is not an option. I just want it to work the way it did - the way it is supposed to work - prior to the upgrade.

My wife's phone won't view her inbox or any folders in her Hotmail account. It will write emails, just can see what is any folders. What gives?

Would clearing data under Applications fix this?

Weird solution for fixing invisible emails in inbox or folders. I tried everything I could reasonably think of and even re-installed Hotmail on the phone...nada.

I then by chance opened & changed the font size setting and for some unknown reason all the emails were now visible again. Strange, but worked.
