ICS upgrade problems

[puday69]

hi,

I upgraded my Galaxy Note to ICS yesterday and now it appears to be working a lot slower, the TW Launcher keeps crashing and email is not working. I am now using Go Launcher but the email is still not working.

Has anyone experienced this and do they have a solution to resolve it?

Thanks.
