There is still no official Jelly Bean update for SGS3 from Samsung. You can get it via manual installation, a method called "flashing" in Android terminology. This involved prior rooting of your device. Note however that unofficial methods of updates like this voids your warranty.
Your best bet, is to wait for JellyBean to come out on it's own (mostly bug free). I am one of the disgruntled few that is still waiting for sprint to release the OTA update for ics. They went from early June, to mid June- early July to, mid-late July, now early August. I have a small feeling that my Evo 3d may not see ics, but, I'm hopeful...
