ID notification icon?

I have an HTC Sensation 4G, but I assume most icons are the same no matter which Android device. This was appearing in the notification area on the left side, I circled it in red, looks like some kind of signal notification, and I never seen this icon before, and I tried searching Google and forums for notification icons and came up empty handed.

I also noticed a bar on the pulldown menu at 0%, don't know if related.

I rebooted, and both items are gone. What's strange is Maps in the recent icons. I haven't used maps for a long time, and was still there on reboot. I have ICS on the phone since last June, and also got it rooted about 2 months ago, but kept ICS 4.01 and disabled updates. Thanks in advance.

The pic on right I do not know but on the left, that is an update. A file download status bar. The pic on the right might be for maps???? That I do not know.

Thanks, makes sense now as the download bar was stuck at 0%, maybe it was trying to update Maps for some reason, as I always thought I would get the little downward pointing arrow icon for updating. And when I re-booted both icon and progress bar that was stuck at 0% disappeared. Funny, I been to many sites that list Android icons, and that icon is question is listed nowhere.

Yeah that icon is a little weird.

That icon looks like the one Facebook has on your status bar when you are uploading something. Well it looks like it but Facebook's was grey. Not sure though on JB since Google released new notification guidelines.
