Hello and welcome to Android Forums. Hopefully I can help you with your problem.
It's on Google Play because I'm looking at it right now. Instead of searching Google Play for it, try using your browser. There are several reasons the app may be blocked. The main being it isn't compatible with your device. The 2nd being that the carrier has blocked it.
Anyhow, I'm looking at it on Google Play now so it's there.
If you have any other questions regarding your device, I invite you to join Android Forums. We have many sections for specific devices which contain a wealth of information.
