Help IdeaPad A1-07 makes hissing sound when unlocking or after charging

Hello,

My A1-07 IdeaPad makes a hissing sound when i unlock it and after it is done charging. The sound stops when i play music. It's just annoying. I already contacted Lenovo and they replaced the tablet but the problem exists with the new tablet too.

Can someone please recommend a solution to fix the problem?

The other problem i have is that the tablet doesn't play audio via bluetooth.
