IDEOS u8150 NOT BOOTING AFTER ROOTING, HELP!!!

I am in kenya, i have an ideos U 8150 which i rooted successfully, but on switching it off, it wont turn on, it starts with the Logo ideos and freezes, nothing else. I have read on how to re-install the ROM, but i have not found any site where i can download it. Please help. Thanks

Have you tried rebooting into recovery and factory resetting the device since it seems to be stuck in a boot loop, which is typical with a device that was just rooted/ROM'd.
