If carlsberg made apps!

Just a great idea, a replacement for your home screen (like ahome etc) but uses augmented reality and all your apps are around you in the room, turn the phone to view and click on the app you want etc. Just to show off really!:D

do developers actually read these forums and app ideas?
If they do we want partial credit too.. :)

ah, I think I see what you mean, interesting. But if it is using the camera it would be a show off app and not too practical. How about this way; you first build a 360 degree view of your work/home/whatever space, from that panorama image you design click points like you might with a remote control app and attach actions to those points (could be apps or scripts etc). Afterward you don't use the camera but simply point in the general direction which brings the stored space into view. One of those cube home apps could be made to function like that too but slick if it was your reality based view. Finger swipe or phone pointing, either way would work.
