Root If I do this root will it erase all on my phone?

Best place to ask is in the device specific forum. Generally speaking, it shouldn't, but you should back up first anyway. I'm not familiar with the Galaxy S so I can't say for sure.
 
Shane, you're starting to spam the forums. You've started 4 or 5 threads in different places, all asking the same basic question. You're sending PMs to members of the forum asking the same questions. You're asking questions that have been asked many times in previous threads.

I'm not trying to bang on you or tell you that we won't help you. Just asking that you slow down, take a deep breath, and read the forums a little bit more before you post any more new threads.
