If i flash my galaxy mini... do i will have and updates thru kies anymore ?
bcz my old bada powred phone after flash hasn't an updates thru kies anymore...

First of all what are you going to flash ? Custom ROM or firmware ?

Trough KIES i don't know. But if there is a firmware update you will find it in samfirmware.com

Just be carefull when flashing. You can brick your device.

Ye i know i can... I brick my old phone while flashing
If i flash to new firmware i will have TouchWiz UI but i dont like it so much apple like
how about flashing custom ROM ?

u can flash to any rom...but u will not get undates thru kies cuz ur fone will not be recognized by kies if ur on a custom rom.
same is the case if ur on a stock firmware that is not meant to be for ur region.

And another thing, you will notice that gingerbread hasn't been officially released so if you flash a gingerbread firmware it it will be later than anything available from samsung anyways so you would have the latest update already
