If I own this, any point in buying a Galaxy Tab 3?

I ask because I just ordered a Note 3.

I then got an offer to buy a used, mint condition 2013 Galaxy Tab 3. 7" screen, 8 GB for $95.

I know this is a pretty good deal, but when looking at the specs, the Note 3 looks to be a more powerful device, and I question the need for one of the smallest tablets out there, since I'll be owning one of the largest phones out there very shortly.

Anybody have any advice for me here?

Depends on your needs. I have a Note 8 tablet and a Note 3. Phone, I use for jotting notes when on the go (work and personal business). Note 8 I use for notes in meetings, as well as a media device in my car, and when I'm browsing at home and don't want to use a laptop.

I'm constantly needing to view media for work and I'm always browsing, so having the tablet keeps me from using up phone battery, while I'm at home (especially if someone were to call me, I could still browse at the same time).

There are a bunch of other tablets, with better specs, that you can get for just a little more money. I personally wouldn't buy a Tab 3, but that's really up to you. I really prefer having higher end specs, due to the nature of how I use my tablet. If there's anything I hate about my Note 8, it's the fact that a 32 or 64gb version weren't released. Other than that, I've loved my Note 8.
