If you could time-travel...

My mom died six years ago today, so I've been doing a lot of reflection and thinking about her. I'd like to meet her at about 4-5 years old, before her brother was born, and get to know the innocent little girl she was back then.

I'd learn what it's like being a first-generation American, growing up with Armenian parents who'd made the voyage from Constantinople to Ellis Island, in search of the American dream.
This past weekend, was my father's 20th year passing, I was really estrange but throughout tiny memories of him, like playing with me when I was a kid, and eating pizza when my sister was in college, as those will forever be embeded with well Cartoon Network late night, and some music intertwining, then yeah that is how I chose to remember him. Funny on how many different DVDs and music help me out today on what he was like.

Is there a time period in his life that you'd like to meet him in?

going to the past.. could cause issues with my present.
unless we can not interact with the world.. and only view.
i would go to distant past.. see dinosaurs.
and how caveman lived.

but i think looking into the future... 4000
see if we survive ... and move into space
able to contact space aliens

if we do survive the long haul...
then i would jump to about 2035
see what companies i should invest in for my future.

I think I'd enjoy going back to witness the construction of the great pyramid. Quarrying those mega stones, floating them up the Nile, dragging them though the sand, and stacking all 6.5 million tons of them into a pyramid shape. Maybe make small talk with the workers on their coffee break and ask them hey.. what are you guys building? Who's crazy idea was this? What's your next project?

That would be wicked cool.

I'd go back to just before the time of the great pyramid and give the Egyptians coffee, because history shows it didn't make it out of Ethiopia until the 11th century A.D. ;)
