Every time my phone has frozen which is maube once a week or less i wait for a minute or less and it unfrezzes its self this usualy only happens when i habe alot ofstuff running and a lot in my notification barwile playing riveria oh and i dont think the phones reboot necause of heat mine got covered by a couch cusion for ten minutes wile playing dark legends it never froze or rebooted but it was so hot it almost burnt my hand i turned it off but when i tryied to charge it i got a blue circle over the batteryr charg.le anamation i unpluged and removed the battery for 10 minutes and every thimg was fine

I wish it was that easy... I've learned to do the same (stop doing anything and wait), but sometimes it still reboots anyway or freezes until I have to eventually pull the battery. Not sure why it gets stuck in a loop.

It's a software issue that only ZTE can fix. I sent mines in and i should receive it in 10 days.

Mine started freezing while on a call and could not access ANY buttons to hang up/keypad. Had to pull battery. That is the ONLY time I had freezes.
Phone is at ZTE repair in Fort Worth, Texas and was told yesterday: "Not to worry Mr. Douglas we are fixing and will send back, not to worry Mr. Douglas"
