Help Ignore lists

How can I get to my ignore list and how can I remove apps from them and which ones should I put on the ignore list and should I take them off periodically because to my knowledge the ignore list means they won't be cleaned and maybe they won't be scanned for viruses? Can you give me the answers to my questions thank you
 
1. What phone do you have?

2. Android virus do not exist. Other forms of malware yes, but viruses by their definition no. Viruses are just a type of malware. Calling ransomware a virus is like calling a motorcycle a car.

3. Ignore lists will vary between phones. The ignore list on my S7 Edge just pertains to which apps can be set to be never removed from RAM. Whatever happens. Nothing to do with malware scanning.
