iHeart Radio doesn't work

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and my app for iheart radio stopped working today. It appears it is playing but I can't hear it. I have restarted my phone several times. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled iheart radio. All my other apps appear to be working fine. Any suggestions.

Try another app that plays sound - a music player, a radio app, a police monitor - anything. See if it's the iheart app that's causing the problem or if the phone isn't playing sound.

Check for other apps - Simple Speaker, BTMono, things that affect where sound goes.

Check your settings to see if you have something turned off that should be turned on.

Plug in a simple pair of earbuds. If they work but the speaker doesn't, the earphone jack (or the speaker) is defective.
