Root im flashing back to gb from ics ... i dont think its going

so i wanted to flash back to gb from ics, i heard that lots of people had sucess with it and wanted my tethering back, so im flashing the firmware as i am typing this thread. the lg support tool got past , the analyzing part, as well as the download part. now its at the update part of the software. and its at 23% but its been at that number for quite a long time, not getting higher. I read in the flashing lg software thing on rootzwitz that it should go above 15% and also give you the not connected to phone message and tell you to restart, in which you press restart.

now, the question is, if the battery dies, or I take the phone out of the usb, and want to flash it again, will it still be okay, am i in some deep **** should I do that.

I NEED HELP... PWEEEZz Help me:(:(:( I would not want to lose my phone
plus I thought I followed all the directions correctly

oh ya and I forgot to tell you that when I got to the update part of the software, it was going ok, then it went to 23% and stopped, but you already know that, but what i forgot to tell you was that not once did I get the message to restart once i hit that update part of the lg support tool software. Basically, I did get the restart message while on the analyzing screen but not on the update part screen, but I dont know whether thats a problem..

ok nevermind, i got it to flash back to gingerbread, what i still have a problem on is that, i only get 3g no 4g

in which I read on another thread that neph said in which if you go back to gb from ics, you need to flash the pp or something, idk... i do hope i get 4g back though

If you're getting 3g and data, then it's more then likely just an issue with the phone not picking up the 4G towers in your area. There is a small (very small) chance that you messed up something with your radio settings, but not likely. You could also grab LTEonoff from the market and make sure that your settings in there are turned to CDMA/LTE.

ya ur right neph, i just used the app, and check wireless settings, then i restarted my phone, and in about an hour or 2 got 4g back, im going to flash bo 3.0, while i like ics and jb roms, i like full tethering. and im going to wait for the jb rom to be stable

thanks neph ur the best
