Root Im new to this site. and i have a ROM issue please help me

I installed a ROM all went well accidentally deleted my backup tried to download one and install it. It said install aborted. I dont have signal but I have data. Can I get help on how to fix it so my signal comes back.
 
What rom have you installed? Do you have access to a computer to download it to. or are you relying solely on your phone to get a rom ?

you need to do a unbrick method had the same problem and unbricked and it worked
