So once i unlock the bootloader my tablet will be rooted ? thus allowing me to install cwm and i can flash different roms after that correct?

There is another way discovered recently where unlocking isn't necessary in order to obtain root. I guess someone else have the link to a guide. I am on a train.
But to answer your question: You cannot obtain root simply by unlocking the device. If you want root that way, you need to unlock, install CWM, install superuser through CWM. This gives root access.
