I somehow managed to get the AOSP Lockscreen while playing around with apps here:
[APP][4.0+] Android L (5.0) - Launcher, Apps, Keyboard APK, Wallpapers, Fonts, System - xda-developers
Specifically the Google Home Launcher and updated Google Search. I did also edit the build.prop as instructed. Don't see how that could have possibly changed my lockscreen and also change the system theme to dark
I'm not even mad, I just have no idea how I did it and can't figure out how to get back. Might do a restore and try recreating a little later today, but if anyone is feeling brave - have at it!
Update:
Restored and tried again and was able to get AOSP lockscreen once more!
What seems to do it is editing system/build.prop and changing ro.build.version.codename=REL to ro.build.version.codename=L
When you restart, you will see "Android is upgrading" and will also notice some system apps with now be dark theme. Google Search FC'd (because I'm using Google Launcher) and GMail would also FC. I simply went back to build.prop and change the line back to REL, saved, and restarted. No more FC's and still have AOSP Lockscreen and dark themes.
Note: I'm not sure why this works, or how long it will actually work for. I'm also not sure how to get the stock lockscreen back without restoring from a backup.
