Im so mad.., The worst thing that could have happened, happened.. (Phone Wise)..
I was working today, taking out the garbage at my job... The stairs leading to the basement of my work place were wet, because of the rain and melting snow... I fall downn the stairs.. and slamm my ass on like 4 steps... go to check my back pocket and guess whats there... My phone!!! All bent and shit..
I dont know what to do? Should i buy a nexus one throught Ebay?
Should u get the NExus S? my tmobile contract has another 12 months..

Some one give me some advise, is there anything a can do to my phone company to give me an early update? (Ive been with Tmobile for 8 years now)
 
Ouch... that really stinks. :(

If I were you I'd get a N1 for now and use it for the next 12 months.
 
According to adverts, the correct solution is to sue everybody in sight, then you can get whatever you want.

O fark!! Sorry mate, i couldnt help laughing imagining your face seeing your bent up nexus. I would of skipped a few beats!
 
i would honestly hold on.. ces is just few hours ahead.. lots of new surprises ahead.. im just saying
 
I really didnt know that insurance was offered on the phone, if i did i would have def. added it to my plan.. The phone wouldnt turn on, but that is because the battery was punctured and it most likely shorted out.. The AMOLED screen is gone for..
 
House insurance will cover this but deductible might not be worth it. Certainly you should call you insurance company and ask.
 
Not sure how bad the condition of the phone is after the fall, but on you can get replacement parts on Ebay at a pretty good price. (Like the screen, Housing etc)

LOL, seemed to work for the woman that tripped over her own 2 year old son in a department store then sued them for lack of safety...
