Im Sending it BAck

:( Im unbelievably sad. Im sending my phone back as "faulty".

Im sure its a firmware issue with regards to the GPS, and I've grown quite attached to my phone. It's my phone, my IMEI and I love it. I even cuddle it and kiss it at night, sing songs to it through the day

Well, maybe not those last few things.

Im gutted. You can almost guarantee that i'll send it back and get something else which is 10 times worse. Im sure it's a firmware issue, but Im not taking the risk in flashing it and finding out that MY issue isn't firmware related.

Please someone, comfort me.

Simon,

Sorry to hear that mate, but what was the problem?

Think about it before you take it back, maybe exchange it for another one?

I can quite safely say that the SGS is the best phone out there at the moment (yes even over the ip4 and Desire).

Why I think that is from hands on experiences, and i suppose personal preference.

For me, the SGS just works out of the box.

Sorry, yes, I will be getting another SGS. But I just don't think I can live without for two whole days. :(

I've been with phones for a long time and went from things like the 3360, 7610, 6680, N80, N95, N97.

The SGS Eclipses them all. iPhone, yes, nice phone. Doesn't do a lot else.

Android is self aware. :-)
