I am new to Forums of any kind so I really do not know the protocol for conversations.

I joined this forum because my new phone (which I am really digging ( HTC EVO 4G)) is giving me pains after one week. I know I did a couple rookie mistakes and with no manual that makes any sense, I cannot fixed these on my own...

Can any of you direct this knucklehead to the area of how to reinstall the factory keyboard (black on white background)? Plus tips on how to search for other knuckleheaded things I will do in the future?
