Help Im stuck...How do I get to recovery mode!?!

I guess im one of the luck ones that has a Bell Galaxy S that cant go into recovery mode with the power+ volume buttons.

I searched around and couldnt find a alternative, what are my options? A guy offered to do it for me but said it would be 50 bux?!? and when I started telling him about how the vol didnt work to go into recovery he started to hum and ha lol

Any help would be great, I just got this phone from being a iphon4 user and absolutely LOVE IT!!!!

Thanks a lot for your help!!!! This should be a sticky cuz my buddy that has the same problem as me, I helped him out thanks to you.

I hooked it up to kies and updated via the bell update and it worked great!!!
