I'm torn!

Long story short!
I'm due an upgrade, so for me its between the Samsung Galaxy S/Nexus S/ HTC Incredible S. I'm doing some traveling in May so camera/photo quality would definitely sway it for me. Has anyone had experience with these phones and their photography quality?
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

The Samsung has the best camera, but for a trip I would bring a separate camera because no camera phone is going to match a simple point and shoot.

I like the galaxy s. Samsung isnt known for software updates.

I do have a digital camera. But there are going to be instances when I wont be carrying it, especially at night time, so I need good quality pictures, and I hear that the Galaxy S has no flash?

I would go with the Nexus S. It is the Google phone, so you are getting the latest Android version on it. It has the same specs as the galaxy S but with a built-in flash.

Never understood why the SGS was never given a flash. Even in gloomy settings, lack of flash ruins the shot.

I really want to get the SGS but not having a flash does me no favours. It's beyond me why they didn't implement one into the camera.

I just got an SGS and love it so much I sleep with it, but you are right. There's no flash. Also there are other things that are just not so great. The usb port on the top of the phone requires some adjustment. The apparent quality of the case is an issue because of the cost of the device. I'm glad I got and would but it again.

Not entirely sure what you mean by this. The USB slot consists of a protective shutter, that's it, there shouldn't be any adjustments required.

Again, not quite sure what you mean here.
