Root I'm well beyond frustrated, need help.

Long story short. I was .340 rooted with apex 1.4.1. About a week ago I started getting a nagging upgrade message to .605 every 12 hours. I finally decided to sit down today and upgrade to .605 and apex 2.0

Now im screwed. I SBFed back to stock .340 and took the OTA to .605. Then when I tried to flash APEX it just got locked in the APEX start screen. And when I say locked, I mean a waited like 15 min.

So I decided to start over again. Tried to SBF back to .340 and shit just wont do anything now. When I tried to SBF back it just went through the process and locked up after reboot.

Figured going from .605 to .340 was the problem so I tried to SBF to .602 same problem. Tried to do a factory reset by holding the home and power button but it just comes up with a triangle with a ! and stops.

Where am I going wrong?
 
when you get to the triangle/exclamation mark, hit both volume buttons at the same time to enter Recovery. Then use the volume button to go down to wipe data/factory reset, and use the power button to select it, then scroll down to Yes, and hit power button again. After it gets finished, reboot it.
 
Well it got worse. My battery died. As I type this I am SBFing with the "Macgyver" hack aka ghetto charging. It's been a bad weekend.
 
are you sure you are installing apex for .605?
try a different rom. it may be that your phone doesnt like apex right now
