Do any of you know of an app that will let me do two things:
1. Rotate an image 90 degrees.
2. Change the quality of a jpeg.
For the quality question, on my PC, I use FastStone Image Viewer. I can open a jpeg, go to file --> save as and then change the quality. If I reduce it to 40 percent, the size of the file goes from around 1 meg to 200 KB. The dimensions of the image (not sure if that is the right word) stay the same. And even though I am reducing the quality, it looks fine (at least to my eyes).
