Help Image 'stuck' on homescreen?

Ok, I'm running a stock EVO 3d. For some reason, the settings bar from the Google Music player is stuck across the middle of my home screen.

I've rebooted, uninstalled Google Music, cleared cash, changed wall paper you name it. Any suggestions?
