images lost quality

All of the sudden, my display is not the same, i go on instagram and youtube For example, and everything looks like it lost image quality and the HD. Pictures look blurry and images do not look the same as before.please help . :(
 
Try rebooting.

When I turn my facebook app sideways and than back again the pics are stretched out and blurry. Also check the settings in those apps.
