Help IMEI null/null/No Servic (Note II)

It just happened after my phone fell onto the ground, it restarted, sim worked, then another restart, no longer works

PS: I looked up online for like 2 hours, aa of the codes online doesn't work on my phone, also my phone is not rooted.
 
IMEI null can happen after flashing firmware when the build and baseband doesn't match. Haven't heard of it happening after being dropped.
You could try flashing the stock firmware and see if that corrects the problem.
What is the complete model number?
