Help IMEI NUMBER

I wanted to ask that if two different mobiles have same IMEI number then does it create problems. If yes then what kind of problems can arrise.

I suspect as soon as the carriers detects that there are two phones with the same IMEI or ESN, then probably it will be blocked, blacklisted. They've done that for a very long time, ever since analog ETACS and AMPS, to prevent cloned phones being used.

Thnx

What if we use sim cards from different service provider into sim slots of same IMEI number?

It's less likely to be detected, but the same applies: the moment it's detected the handsets will be blacklisted (and service providers in most countries/regions share blacklists).

In many countries it is illegal to change the IMEI of a handset (including where I live), and hence if you are thinking of doing this for any reason I strongly suggest that you check your legal situation before proceeding. For the same reason I don't think anyone here can offer any advice beyond "don't do it", since posting advice on how to commit a crime could obviously cause trouble for the forum.
