IMEI sticker at back slowing rubbing off

I notice my IMEI sticker on the back near the bottom is slowing rubbing off. The outer fringe of the label is almost rub off and its getting inwards.

Anyone else have this problem?

My sticker was showing wear as well. You can just record the IMEI and keep it in the phone's box. Feel free to remove the sticker, no worries.

The IMEI should be printed on the box the phone came with or in the settings>about part. Mine rubbed off fairly quickly as I kept the protector on as long as I could before it got tatty and started peeling at the edges.

I read the IMEI is on your phone and on the SIM card slot. Now what happened if you phone died then you cant get to your IMEI. I think its on your box also.

I still have my back plastic protector on.

You can also get it by opening the dialer and typing *#06#. Iirc, it was also on the delivery note that was inside my package.

I've mine written down as well, my bank needed it before they would insure me.

screw that! i have no imei number printed on my phone. it's in settings or box.

I went back through the box my N4 cam in and I had stuffed the plastic film that it was shipped with in the bottom of the box. There indeed is an IMEI sticker on the film that covered the back glass.
