Impact of Adobe removing Flash Player

I'm thinking of buying a Galaxy Note 10.1 (which I believe ships with android version 4.0) and have just discovered that Adobe is removing support for flash.

Can anyone explain, in simple terms, the effect of flash being removed by Adobe?

Here are some specific questions:

1. If I buy a Note now, loaded with 4.0 software (I think), does it come with flash preloaded?

2. If not, can I download it still?

3. If I later upgrade the tab to 4.0.* or Jelly Bean, will flash continue to be loaded, or will the upgrade remove it?

4. If it is removed during the upgade, can I download and install it again?

5. If it is removed and I cannot reload it, is there any alternative? For myself, I would want to be able to watch TV programs on the BBC iPlayer, the occasional YouTube video and the odd video that tends to be embedded in websites (like then Samsung tablet promotional videos). I may be wrong but don't these all need Flash? Would these simply be unavailable if I buy a Note 10.1 now and upgrade it to a later version of software later?

If there's no alternative, this seems like a very big problem but I've not even heard of it until now and I regularly scan the forums.

Thanks for any clarification.

If you have the apk for Flash 11, you can install it to any device you have.

Thanks but that went completely over my head. Could you expand please?

Is there something I could download to my PC now, while Flash is still available, to use later in my new tab?

Thanks

Edit: Just Googled and found many sites covering apk for flash. eg this one:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1774336

The trouble is, this one suggests downloading quite a few files, some are the "Apk of Flash Player" others are "flash_player version..." and yet others are something to do with Dolphin Browser. I don't know whether I need to download some or all of the files mentioned.

Can anyone explain exactly what files I need to download (and what I don't need) for use on a Galaxy Note 10.1, initially running ICS (V4.0) and later, Jellybean?

I'm just hoping to download the things that may help me be futureproof (at least for a while).

Ta.

You just need one of those Flash downloads, preferably the latest one, which is the last one. The other is for the Dolphin Web Browser beta which supports Flash. However that doesn't need to be Dolphin. You can also download the Firefox beta browser as well. There might be others as well. That is up to you. However, you cannot use Chrome, and its probably best to avoid the included ICS Browser, since it will be going away in Jelly Bean.

Also, the default web browser for Jelly Bean is going to be Chrome, which does NOT support Flash in any way. Flash will still work in Jelly Bean itself, but you will need to continue using Dolphin or Firefox.

Thanks for this.

The APks (or whatever) seem to be mentioned in pairs. eg the last two mentioned are as follows:

(NEW)Download the file. Apk of Flash Player version 11.1-111115012:http://d-h.st/wPd
(26/08 NEW)Download the file flash_player version 11.1.115.17 :http://d-h.st/7Ds

Do you mean I should download the 'flash_player version' or the 'APK of Flash Player'? I'm not sure why they have different titles, if they're the same type of file.

Also, thanks for clarifying future compatibility of Flash. Must bear that in mind.

Thanks again.

You are installing an old version (that will install) and then doing an upgrade to the latest version.

Firefox+flash works in jellybean?
I made firefox my default a while ago because it's what I use on my PC and I like the sync.
