Import (Add/Replace only) Contact List

I run a collaborative website where the clients are all from the same workplace. I want to create a downloadable list that will allow members of the site to add all members' contact information. The list should only add/update information and not replace their entire contact list.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this, or if it's even possible?

It's entirely possible but I don't think there is much workgroup software which focuses on contacts only, and you might need to pay a monthly subscription for this type of Microsoft Exchange functionality.

If you search for "Sage Act! Connect" in The Google Play store it has exactly the functionality you desire, with most of the reviewers writing comments unhappy about having to activate it.

I guess a developer could write functionality for a business oriented feature like this which synced with your own server or Google servers without you needing a subscription, but if they have I don't know of it yet.
