Help Import contacts from microSD on S4 mini

Hi all.

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and want to import my contacts from my previous phone through my microSD card but I can't find the option on the S4 mini. Does anyone know how to do so?

Use Phone | Contacts | MenuKey then the Import/Export option is second from the top of the list.

The choice for SD does not appear in the list unless the micro SD has been installed in the phone.
