The title of this thread pretty much says it all but to add some detail...
This has been happening since I got the phone pretty much and continued after upgrade to ICS. I use Windows Live Photo Gallery to manage my pic repository and as such, also to import new items from my device. When I import everything, certain pics come over with a duplicate, smaller image.
At first glance it appears to be related to when I've used the pic on the phone in some way, such as uploading it to Facebook or sending it in a text, though on other random occasions it happens unrelated to that. It's not a huge problem but a minor annoyance that I'd love to find a way to stop.
Thus far my only solution has been to manually delete the duplicates after they've been imported.
Oh, and point of note, the duplicates don't exist on the phone, only in the folder I've imported everything to.
