Impression 10 tablet 9.7

Need assistance for my new Impression 10 tablet 9.7, my tablet freeze on white screen, did basic troubleshooting steps by resetting but same issue occurs, any any idea? :confused:

yeah it sucks at getting rid of cache. mine will do that from time to time to I just keep a paperclip handy for when it does it. If I just do one or two things at a time its generally not to bad at doing it.
