imx 515 Tablet OS load

Just bought a imx515 (cpu) tablet. Would like to know if Android 3 will be support? If so, how would I load the software?

Based on some spec's I found online, I'm not sure if you could run Honeycomb on this tablet. It looks like the processor is fast enough but it also looks like the tablet is rather short on memory...
