To add to the issue which I already posted (Support Noob Issue - "Unregistered SIM/Emergency Calls Only" - Android Forums which 70 people have read but still no feedback), I am having a couple more issues:
1) Facebook Notifications: I receive alerts on my home screen but when I pull the menu down and select the notification, it doesn't take me to the reason for notification (ie. message, friend request, etc.). It even took 7 hours to get a notification of a wall post from last night!?
2) Multiple Texts: This morning I have had conversations with 3 friends over different networks and each one has sent and received multiple text messages. Not just 1-2, but sometimes 5-6 of the same texts on both ends. Is this common?
3) Contacts/Messaging: When I attempt to create a text message to a contact, it lists every possible listing they have (ie. email, phone, etc.). Is there a way to have it only display mobile/phone numbers to message?
I have to admit, I'm quite frustrated with my phone at the moment. Coming from a Blackberry, I realize that there is a learning curve associated with any new device, but it's simple things like these that annoy me the most since they are the aspects of any phone I use the most. Even having to swipe the phone to unlock it gets on my nerves.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
