Help In-App Menu Button...?

Hello all, just a quick question:

How do you pull up the 'Menu' within an application? I upgraded from the Note 4, where I always held the Current Tabs button. However, that now activates the "Multi-Window" function on the S6 Edge+.

After sifting through the owners manual for about 15 minutes, I could not locate a clear answer. The application I'm using specifically is the 'Battle.net Mobile Authenticator' from Blizzard Entertainment. I need to perform a "recovery" set-up with a Serial Number and Passkey from my Note 4, to re-establish the link to my account. Unfortunately I've not been successful.

I also tried chatting with "Support" from Samsung, and all they did was link me to the owner's manual.

Please help!

Test it with one of the following apps like Contacts, Messages, Gallery, and even Amazon app has a long menu pops up on the left.

Long pressing the Back button worked in almost every app that I tested. Except for a few that already had a Menu button. Don't know what else to say...

Apps built for this device have the menu soft button.
I managed to solve this problem by using the "pin app" option an then long pressing the back button
