Anyone think that the new in-app payment system will make games on android unbalanced and too expensive? For example on steam you buy the games and play them as much as you want, no surprises. The new system reminds me of WoW private servers where its free to play, but everyone who pays for items has an unfair advantage. Pocket Legends is a great game, but after you install it SURPRISE $50 for the whole thing. Dungeon Defenders is an awesome game but making items cost real dollars will just make the PVP completely unbalanced. Just my opinion.

Some games could end up like warcraft. In other scenarios, you just get more levels. Or you can have more games for the farmville crowd where $ buys you special chocolate cows.
These extremely boring games are very popular for some reason. I decided to play warcraft myself to see what the fuss was all about. I found myself playing it for hours as it was very addicting. I fought and killed monsters for hours to get this sword and then some more to get another sword that was rated higher.
Then I thought to myself "that was stupid...why did I waste so much time on such a repetitive game? I didn't actually fight with any real skill, just pressed a key and let the value of the sword and armor do all the work."
I prefer the straight up paid for games and we'll probably see more of them for the xperia play.
