Hello, I've searched high and low for anybody with my problem and I've found some similar, but I do not believe at all related.
When I try to purchase an item in an app, for example 100 gold for $0.99 in the game chaos, it takes me to the verification page where I can choose bill my AT&T account, or credit card number 123456 etc. I click accept and then I get the "thank you. Your purchase will appear shortly" prompt, but when I return to the game the purchase does not reflect, but I am still getting billed. This is the same for every app that has the option to in game purchase something. I am still able to purchase games from the google shop though, just no in game purchases.
