For some reason when I'm talking on the phone I can barely hear the other person even when it's on speaker. My phone is basically brand new & I've never dropped it. My notification ringtone & music volume works fine. I tried changing the settings & even turning both the settings and volume on the side of the phone down and back up again, no luck.
