In Call volume sound quality

My earpiece has a 'blown speaker' type vibration when on a phone conversation unless I turn it down about 2 clicks from the lowest setting. Any above that and I get speaker vibration.

Is everyone else getting this or do I need to exchange this?

Hmm... My speaker is sounding good. Pocket lint got into the speaker and is vibrating against it?

I took it in. It was the phone. Got a new one. Vibration is much more tame in the new one as well.
