Not that this is anybody elses problem, but i cant get help from sprint AT ALL. For 5 days now i haven't recieved a single text. I can send them fine, recieve calls, make calls and surf the web.
Now sprint has had me do about 10 different things to my phone, none worked. I even factory reset, still a problem. So i've done some research and i want to try to change my network to "hybrid" instead of just "Evdo". ive heard this has worked for many with the same exact problem.
Here's my problem....i dont know how! I have a Sprint Evo 4G shift. I try to go to settings> wireless & networks > mobile networks. But an option to change to hybrid is no where to be found. I'm literally at a witts end with this problem and ive tried searching for the answer. Any help is much appreciated.
