Root In Needof HELP!!!

I uploaded Biffmod-v-1-3 rom to my phone about a year ago i'm trying to change the rom now and it absolutely does not want to change... someone please help me out i've been trying to get rid of this rom for a long time and nothing seems to work

You get rid of a rom by flashing another rom.

Just deleting the existing rom (not that you actually can - you'd have to wipe the memory in which it sits) will leave you with a brick. The rom you flashed didn't add itself, it replaced the original one.
