you can't that is a system app. i believe it is the way your phone communicates with you when you try to make a phone call. why do you need to access it?

I keep seeing it in my phone's activity my boyfriend puts all kind of things through my phone my email and you know I know something's going on and I'm trying to figure out what it is and you know I'm off the turnip truck but I'm fine trying to figure out you know what these things are what they mean just trying to do some research
well you do not have to worry about incallui then.....it is a system app that is legit.
Incallui = "In Call User Interface".

Oh, @Dannydet was just being silly! You're new here, so you're not used to some of the humor that goes on around here. That old adage that words on the Internet can easily be misinterpreted, as opposed to talking in person, because you can't see the facial expressions or body language of the speaker/writer, is so true.
