incaming calls

Sometimes incaming calls don't came in i juss get the voice mail if that person leave one ppl well tell me that they been calling me 100s & 100s times but my phone haven't even ring
What's going on?

It could be a number of things, but sounds like a network issue to me. You are sure you are in coverage when this happens?
